The following set of series are digitally manipulated through the use of holga effects and hue editorial processes. I had also embarked upon using the motion drag tool and the swirl tool, as well as continuing my layering process. I embellished the firs two prints show below with holga effects, wash overs, and methods of contortion. I had selected areas of the prints I wished to ensue motion and dragged to the desired area. Each series mimics the characteristics of various visual impairments. The first two prints shown below show the illustration through the lens of an early stage cataracts and binocular diplopia, two ailments which portray blurred vision and the appearance of more than one object. The third print conjures the fragmentation of macular degeneration and the darkened form stuck within the lens of a diabetic retinopathy patient. The final two prints, rather than referring to a significant visual impairment instead projects images exploring varied perspectives of geometrics and negatives.
